My name is Olga.
I help individuals uncover their true desires and achieve desired changes in their lives through Kundalini yoga practices, finding motivation to continuously walk the path of self-discovery.
My mission is to help others step onto - and stay on - a path of personal growth, compassionate service, and joyful connection with the world around them.
I am a devoted Kundalini Yoga teacher who has been teaching continuously for the past four years, leading weekly classes, workshops, retreats, and full 200-hour teacher-training program as a co-trainer.
My teaching blends precise technique with warm encouragement. I weave Kundalini kriya, mantra, meditation, and breathwork together with foundational Hatha and Yin principles, guiding students to explore their inner landscape with curiosity and courage.
I hold a 500-hour certification in Kundalini Yoga and an additional 500-hour certification in Hatha Yoga. To enrich my knowledge and serve a wider range of students, I have also completed Yin-yoga intensives along with many shorter workshops and specialty trainings.
